Elm Street Advisors Welcomes Justin Wilson as Partner
Elm Street Advisors today announced that Justin Wilson has joined the firm as a Partner, effective January 17, 2022. Justin expands Elm Street’s strategy and analytics capabilities across channel, store portfolio, and growth initiatives.
Justin is a retail strategy leader with more than 15 years of experience building and leading internal strategy and analytics teams, with a focus on channel and store portfolio optimization, product merchandising, and brand marketing strategies to accelerate growth and support transformations.
Most recently, Justin served as Director, Marketplace Development for adidas North America, where he created growth and optimization strategies to drive omnichannel sales. He previously held strategic planning roles at J.Crew and Dick’s Sporting Goods and began his career in consulting at Urban Science.

At Elm Street Advisors, Justin will clients on omnichannel growth initiatives and data-driven decision making, providing hands-on support to clients as well as Elm Street Advisors’ portfolio companies.
